		<description>What I have not seen mentioned in some of the public discussions (including last night&#039;s on News Hour), has been Venezuela&#039;s reliance on it&#039;s CITGO distribution arm, and the US&#039;s unique refining capabilities of Venezuela&#039;s specificlly less-sweet type of crude.  

Venezuela&#039;s near-total reliance on oil exports, and Chavez&#039;s fiery rhetoric seem to make for an &#039;interesting&#039; reliance on the US market, to say the least.

Am I overestimating this relationship, or is it simply too granular a point for inclusion in the discussions? I am not sure if there is a more specifically linear contradiction between saying one thing and doing another.</description>
